Please drive by the property and then call the office to schedule an appointment. If you have driven by already you would still need to schedule a viewing with the office to apply. Our business hours are M-TH 9am-5 and Fri we close at 4pm If you live out of the area you can have someone you know view it for you.. Otherwise you should plan to spend a few days in the area to view properties. All appointments must be confirmed the morning of the appointment before 10am. If your trying to schedule a same day showing call the office after 10am to see if we have any cancelations. All appointments are subject to change. Your welcome stop by the office and pick up a free up-dated rental list. Once you have applied your application is on file for 90 days. If one owner denies your application another may approve it.
