An era is winding down. The owner of Meyer's Sierra House is getting ready to move on and pass this opportunity to others seeking an income property. 2015 Washoe is a rare and legal multi-family dwelling in the quiet Meyers' neighborhood. Scott McGillivray of TV's Income Property would go nuts here. Think about the potential. The main house has, count them, 6 bedrooms, three baths, a huge living, dining and kitchen area as well as a private backyard. Then there are the two studio apartments each with a living area, kitchen, private bedroom and a shared fenced backyard. Upgrades throughout the property include a newer roof, flooring, bathrooms and more. In the past, the owner has rented the property to companies such as the Sierra Ski Resort who in turn provided housing for employees. That's one idea. Another is to keep one unit for yourself as a vacation get-a-way and rent out the rest. OR an extended family might be thrilled with the opportunity to share the dwelling. 

What I love about the home

Flat, quiet neighborhood. Good rental history but it would be perfect for a large family or vacation home with rentals to pay mortgage! Within a mile of several good restaurants, a nice walk. Close to Tahoe Paradise Park with a small lake and rec center. Call Dory at 530 545-9946 for info &/or a tour. Lots of storage in this chalet style lodge!
