This property is 3 acres MOL, has plentiful trees, and includes a 3 bed 2 bathroom house. It has been rezoned to allow for 4 houses per acre. Room to fit 5-7 new homes. Sewer and water hook could be through the back of the property, per the county. There is an over-sized barn with two horse stables and there is fencing around the property, all of which need some level of repair. Water supply for the barn is a separate 150ft well. The property does have farm animal facilities: zoning would need to be changed to allow for farm animals again. The house needs a thorough clean up and some minor repairs, plus some exterior work.The home is a split floor plan with the kitchen and great room in the middle of the house. On one side, there are two nice size bedrooms, a study or den and a full bath: Present is plumbing to add a half bath onto one of the bedrooms, plus the den/study could be utilized as a guest bedroom (no closet). Opposite is the master bedroom with vaulted ceilings, and a bathroom with a shower that has two shower heads. The kitchen is at the front of the house and contains knotty pine solid wood cabinets, lots of storage space and a breakfast bar. The great room has vaulted ceilings and a large wood burning fireplace. The backside of the fireplace contains a built in, 2 shelf oven which faces the family room.There is a utility room located off the family room. The well for the house is 250 ft deep. Consider the possibilities with this house and land! 

What I love about the home

Lovingly built with a lot of character, split floor plan, vaulted ceilings. Off of one of the bedrooms is a room plumbed for a half bath, ready to be finished. Once had a special tax rate for having horses, could be moved in that direction or in the direction of building a few houses on the land.
