This historic townhouse is in a 2-unit building built in 1886 located in Noe Valley close to BART (24th & Mission station), I-80, I-280 and MUNI streetcar and bus lines. It is also near private transport to IT facilities around the Bay. Townhouse is 1/2 block from Dolores Street and 4 blocks to Dolores Park. Excellent restaurants and shops of Valencia and 24th Streets are a short walk away. There are two upper floor bedrooms; the master bedroom has queen bed and working fireplace. A second bedroom has full bed with access to a balcony and deck w views of Twin Peaks. The upper story bathroom has a shower by glass artist Dorothy Lenehan. A library/den has a TV and comfortable couch. The first floor has 1139; ceilings and beautiful arched windows, a formal dining room and living room both with marble fireplaces. The kitchen has everything you need. It opens onto an upper deck and small garden below. The place offers a beautiful, unique and comfortable place to stay in one of the city39;s best neighborhoods.
