Well cared for ranch home with newly installed Architectural roof, vinyl siding, 8ft wide picture window in LR (other windows installed in 2002), with partially finished full basement. Front door opens to large living room with direct access to kitchen and hallway leading to bathroom, all bedrooms, and basement access. Spacious master bedroom has walk in closet. Adjacent bedroom, as large as master, is flanked by slightly smaller bedroom, both with nice size closets. Large bathroom updated in 2002 and is centrally located, has large oval tub/shower with ceramic tile walls, solid surface counter top, ceramic tile floor, linen closet, large window for natural light and ventilation fan with heat. Eat in Kitchen features lots of cabinet and counter space with attached bar that seats 4 plus room for 5 or more at the table. Full walk out basement is 1/3 finished (we call it the family room) with drop tile ceiling, recessed lighting, heated and cooled with additional natural gas heater for cold nights, and two large closets for extra storage! Remaining 2/3 of basement (we call it the Garage) occupied by even more storage space, featuring spacious laundry area, large work bench with plenty of electrical outlets, lots of shelving, 10ft garage door with electric remote opener and exterior keypad, and overhead flourescent lighting. Family Room walks out to large patio with plenty of space for entertaining. Continuing to a large, tree shaded, back yard area that is fenced for pets and/or security, featuring two wooden storage buildings (12x16 and 8x8) with shingles, electricity and lighting. the following rooms are wired for sound with speakers installed: Kitchen, Living Room, Master Bedroom, Bathroom, Basement, Garage, and even the Back Porch!

Established, lightly traveled neighbor hood with lots of trees, friendly neighbors and several beautiful historic homes.
 
What I love about the home
We love the shaded back yard, which gives plenty of room for the kids to play. And the fact that every single room has windows (one bedroom, and bathroom have one each) to light up the inside during the day. The neighborhood is well established and is filled with so many friendly people that look out for and take care of each other. We also love the proximity to the beautiful down town area that offers the public library, schools, restaurants, shopping, two playgrounds with picnic areas, etc., even Limestone College, all within walking distance. More restaurants and shopping are just a few minutes away.
