Close enough to all the excitement but far enough away from all the congestion. This fantastic light filled Loft has been completely remodeled with new hardwood floors, awesome Kitchen with cherry cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, bathroom cabinetry and granite counter top with vessel bowl sink and new lighting. Large walk in closet is a real plus. Located on the 2nd floor, right outside of the elevators, makes it very convenient for grocery trips and trash disposal. Outside parties? This building has a huge rooftop deck with barbeque facilities and incredible views. Well maintained building with low condo fees and tax abatement till 2014. Very affordable with FHA financing.
