Great price for a single family home in Wildcat Run. The driveway was recently re-surfaced and a brand new dishwasher and disposal installed. The exterior has been painted as well as much of the interior. New tile floor in the breakfast/kitchen area. The roof was replaced in 2012 and the hot water heater is only 5 years old. Updated kitchen and bathrooms. Easy care wood laminate in the family room which has a wood burning fireplace. Pool/spa heater not operational and is being sold "as-is". Come and add your own personal touches. Western exposure on the lanai with a view of the 8th fairway of this well-known Arnold Palmer signature golf course at Wildcat Run.
