This home is located in Tahoe Keys, one of the most beautiful prestigious areas in South Lake Tahoe, CA. Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this home is only 4 minutes to the Lake Tahoe by boat or car. 10 minutes to skiing, sledding and snowshoeing. This home is spacious and beautifully decorated (it comes fully furnished) including a large great room with vaulted ceilings. There is a newly renovated kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances. You can imagine yourself sitting on the upstairs deck off the great room, and enjoy the spectacular mountain views while watching boats go by on the open waterway. There is a formal dining room that seats 8, plus a kitchen nook. The master suite is upstairs and easily fits a king size bed and entertainment center. The master bath was recently renovated with all marble countertops, vanity and steam shower. There are custom built-in cabinets, and jacuzzi tub for two. Landscaped and fenced, the back yard has over 100 ft on the water. The dock is a perfect place to fish with your kids, fishing rods and limited tackle are provided.
