Raised Ranch - Major Reno Completed 10/2012 in time for Sandy to visit. She left no damage at all. 2 zone heating and cooling with new hardwood floors and stairs throughout, Large two tier decks in back yard. 5 real bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms Kitchen renovation completed in 2012 as featuring Caesarstone (Quartz) counter tops and all S/S appliances. Master Bath updated in 2014 including tile, granite and glass shower door. Big garage for one car with workbench space and enough space for a mudroom upgrade too. A brand new roof installed Summer of 2014.
Neighborhood Description
Truly awesome neighborhood to raise your children, walk to elementary, middle and high school from the very quiet street with little traffic because of the dead-end. The BHSPOA private beach club is one of the most reasonably priced and nicest social organizations you could find anywhere with amenities that cost others in the thousands to participate in elsewhere. You get a private guarded swimming beach with a clubhouse that has a members bar with a deck overlooking the bay and a clubroom large enough to accommodate a large event or party. The attached marina allows members the opportunity to rent a slip during the season at an unbelievable rate or you can just use the ramp. The whole neighborhood is very quiet and but you're close to the beach and boardwalk and you can be in New York City, Atlantic City or Philadelphia in about an hour from your the door.
 

What I love about the home

Situated at the end of very quiet dead-end street last of only 4 houses on the block, the bay is within walking distance. The dogs love the fenced in yard, and the deck for the sun. The two tier deck provides a great entertainment space to have morning coffee or evening cocktails, a great grill and chill location. All the schools are in walking distance with the Elementary School nearest at 2 blocks. 5 private parking spaces out front are great for company and accommodating family get togethers.
