This home is in truly amazing condition ? a true turnkey. The owner has done so many upgrades for you! Entrance has a slate tile floor and double closet. The kitchen was remodeled in 2010 with solid maple cabinets with soft close drawers, granite countertops; refrigerator, microwave and electric stove were replaced in 2010, new and never used dishwasher (Jan.2015), and new tumbled marble backsplash. All kitchen appliances are stainless steel! Hardwood floor and breakfast area with bay windows and Levelor shades complete the picture. Open concept first floor with newly installed carpeting and a gas fireplace with formal mantel and travertine tile hearth. Sliders from the living room lead to a custom large and spacious deck with built in benches and stairs to open space with trees. Private back really adds to the possibilities for outdoor entertaining. First floor powder room has a pedestal sink and hardwood floors. Second floor: double doors lead to your master suite, walk-in closet with built-ins; ceramic tile bath and stall shower with new double sinks, new fixtures, new glass tile backsplash, and a skylight. Two other good-sized bedrooms have double closets. The hall bath houses the new and never used washer (Jan. 2015) and dryer, new granite vanity top with subway tile backsplash, new fixtures; bathtub and ceramic tile floor. All bedrooms on the 2nd floor and staircase leading to the 2nd floor had carpeting installed Aug. 2013. Double doors lead up to the beautifully finished loft. This would be a great 4th bedroom or office or just a quiet place to retreat. There are 2 skylights and hardwood floors and staircase, closets and storage space. The basement was just completely finished (March 2015)! Painted drywall, insulation, ceiling, new carpeting, lots of lighting, outlets, phone and cable hookups, and an egress window. There are really two areas - (1) 17 x 20 and (2) 19x14. Great area for game room and family room. This home has new windows (installed Jan. 2015), newer water heater (installed Aug. 2013), and has been well maintained.
