Beautiful established neighborhood. 3BR, 2 1/2 BA, 2,061 square feet. Remodeled kitchen and baths. New carpet, refinished hardwood floors, large living room, dining room, family room. Relax on the deck overlooking large backyard with a pond. Convenient to downtown and 9A. Must see to appreciate!Neighborhood DescriptionNeighborhood was originally an executive neighborhood. The size of the yards and homes reflect this. Many of the residents are either the original owners or are 2nd or 3rd owners of the properties, I.E., people who purchase here, stay here for awhile. There are no cut through streets, but the neighborhood has many entrances and exits. If I did not have to move out of town, I would have probably retired in my home. Neighborhood is inside the 9A/295 loop; so it only takes about 20 minutes to get to mandarin from here. Close to downtown, beaches, St. Johns Town Center, Wonderwood - practically everywhere !! 

What I love about the home

Practically everthing has been updated. A/C is 2 yrs old (includes ductwork replacement on first floor), Home has water softener, sprinkler system and well pump. Roof is 6 yrs old. Home has 8 ceiling fans (a couple cost over $300). Anything that was replaced on home was done so with top of line. I always thought long-term and what was best for home. I have wonderful neighbors and the neighborhood is quiet.
