This is on a quieter block in the up and coming neighborhood of Point Breeze; located nearby are a great variety of restaurants, bars, and grocery stores, many with varied ethnic influences.This apartment is a short walk or ride to Center City and Graduate Hospital, and is easily accessible via public transportation using bus routes 7, 17, 64, and 29. There is also an abundance of street parking on location.The tenant is responsible for gas and electric bills. Water is included in rent. A cat or dog may be permitted as a pet with an extra deposit.Included with each lease is a Home Warranty, which covers a number of issues pertaining to appliances, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and more. The advantage of this warranty is that the tenant has the freedom to schedule potential repairs when convenient for them; issues will be always fixed in a timely manner by a professional repairman.First, last, and security deposit required for a total of $2850, along with a completed rental application and app fee.
