Ode to Ostrom. This property has been maintained with pride of ownership by the Sellers. Decorated in Southwest style. There are newer dual paned windows, granite like counter top in kitchen, travertine tile shower and floor in main bathroom with a newer vanity and hardware. Smaller bath off of Master bedroom is a 1/2 bath with a pedestal sink. The lot is oversized and has plenty of room for adding on or a pool maybe even both. There is a nice laundry room with rear yard access. The yards are well-maintained with a country feel. Two car garage with some storage shelves and a long driveway for several cars or possible RV parking. Refrigerator, washer and dryer will remain.
