Solar Photovoltaic system produces annual 44,520 kWh (8,400 kWh/kWp). PV solar panel system consists of 18--LG 300 Watt PV solar panels (25-year guarantee, UL, CEC Certified). PV system installed September 2014 by ASI Hastings (10-year warranty on parts/labor, 20-year on SMA SB 5000 inverter) along with new upgraded 125 amp electrical panel. All SDG&E and City of Carlsbad permits obtained. Net Metering Agreement--SDG&E will buy-back all excess solar energy produced--payable every September (excess solar energy produced averages 200 to 300kWh every month).
Property tax decreased effective 2012 because of Disabled Veterans property exemption.
No HOA or Mello-Roos fees.

What I love about the home

The quiet. This neighborhood is extremely quiet both day and night. Ocean breezes come from the Aqua Hedionda lagoon just three blocks down the street.
