Very nice woodwork throughout the house with nice little details here and there. High-efficiency central heat and air conditioning system purchased but not installed. Has a full attic that could be made into a very nice master bedroom/bathroom. Large lot which will allow a full sized garage to be built (because it will meet building codes).

What I love about the home

A very well-built and solid home with tall ceilings on every level from the basement all the way to the second floor. Fireplace with built-in bookshelves/cabinets on either side. Full second floor would make an excellent master bedroom/master bath. Full walk-out basement would allow for building a code-conforming bedroom. Quality woodwork throughout. Root cellar (think wine cellar). Corner lot. All appliances are included, are higher end brands, and were purchased no later than 2001 including washer/dryer, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Spacious off-street parking.
