A truly charming beautiful environment is provided by all of the updates and remodeling that this owner has done! With a roof less than 10 years, newer double paned windows, sprinkler system 4 years new, an A/C unit 2 years new , recent exterior painting, fencing, landscaping, open brick patio with pavers, plus rock waterfall , the inside provides the" icing on the cake". The kitchen was updated with new maple cabinets, stainless appliances, granite and special touches like double silverware drawer and a corner lazy Susan. The tile floors and 1 year new laminate floors add to easy cleanup and a great flow. With new fans, vaulted ceiling in the open family room and crown molding, all of the right touches have been added. A Sun/Bonus room definitely adds more living area and provides many windows for the infusion of natural light. With the oversized Master, there is more than enough room for a king-sized bed and several pieces of furniture. The Master bath offers new shower including a travertine look in the oversized shower with a seamless glass shower providing an open feel. Double sinks are under mounted and rest on a granite top with new wood vanity featuring soft close drawers and cabinets. Even the 2nd bath was updated with wood cabinets and a new stone like tile surround. The indoor laundry and zero lot line yard are added benefits for lower maintenance but the back yard offers plenty of room.
