Unexpected value! Pool! Hidden away in a sleepy neighborhood is this vintage sprawling all brick ranch home. Affordable! Plenty of room to grow with 2500+ sqft. With 3 different living areas, house plan offers space for any special needs one might have, such as home school room, music room, dance studio, exercise room, etc. Very large kitchen has pass thru to dining room & is open to den area. Kitchen features lots of cabinets & countertop as well as a pantry & double oven-all quite vintage. New carpet in family room,dining room & den. Hardwood floors under all carpet. Spacious bedrooms with surprisingly good closet space including walk-in in master. Two full baths with ceramic tile bathtubs in excellent condition. Almost all rooms have brick interior wall- this was original style of the finished home. Inside laundry area. Two covered patios, one off the formal living room & hall-this one accesses delightful pool area,& 2nd is off the den. Two separately fenced back yards-perfect for keeping children or pets away from pool area. Double carport. Plenty of storage areas-utility room off carport & detached storage building in back yard.
