This house is really beautiful. It is located on quiet cul-de-sac. The A/C unit is nearly new, (2011) 13 SEER. The roof is awesome (Energy Star - never heard of that, did you!! Ask us about it and why it is important to you!) lifetime warranty installed to 130mph requirements and, it really looks beautiful, lead pipe collars (not rubber which fail way before roof).
The KITCHEN is incredible - high quality solid wood cabinets, raised panel doors, SOFT CLOSE doors and drawers!!!! Lots of work space for a really usable kitchen. Lots of storage including pantry closet, extra overhead cabinets. Washer and dryer in large closet just off kitchen.
