My Notes

This is a well maintained property by the homeowners. It has brand new luxury vinyl wood flooring throughout with tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. The entire living room and dining area has custom made glass sliding doors that lead to the balcony. The views from the living room is spectacular. The bathrooms have been recently upgraded to new bathtub, wall surrounds and shower fixtures. The master bedroom has two large, full length mirror closets (one in the room and the other in the master bathroom). Spare room is also a good size with a large, full length mirror closet. Kitchen has granite countertops, electric stove, and built in oven. There are lots of closet space throughout the house. It is a small, quiet building occupied by friendly homeowners- only two units currently have renters. One small dog under 25 lbs. is allowed (HOA rules) and must be approved by homeowners. No cats. This home gets a nice cool breeze in the Summer because it is just two blocks from the ocean! HOA dues are included in the rent. It comes with one parking space in the garage with additional storage.
