Nice home wanting a new owner to to take the same pride as the original owner has. Therre are a lot of extras here that make living more convenient. Both bathrooms are bright from the light radiated by the solar light tubes. the attic has a solar powered fan for cooling effeciency. All the closets have cabinets and drawers for extra storage. The utility room has custom cabinets with a built in ironing board. The glass sliders are tinted to let you look out but blocks the heat from coming in. There are electric roll up shutters on both the front and rear lanais. The bay windows at the kitchen have roll up shutters as well. A reverseosmosis water system provides excellent water for drinking and icecubes. The association had new 50 year roofs installed after the hurricanes a few years ago. A new 16 seer A/C also is part of the package.
