What I love about the home

Everything! This is a great home with tremendous curb appeal. The neighborhood has great activity with kids running around and is very active with walkers/joggers/bikers. Since buying this home in 2008, we've upgraded everything inside and out. We don't have kids, but we purchased it with the idea of raising a family here...and it's plenty big enough to do so too! Also, this home is unique to this neighborhood as it is one of few that has a basement! This basement is newly finished within the last 4 years and adds an additional 700 square feet of living space and makes a great playroom, living room, or possibly even a 4th bedroom. Off of the finished basement, there is an enclosed laundry room with huge crawl space for storage. Even on a corner lot, this home as a very private and cozy backyard with great deck and friendly neighbors. Whether you are moving into Naperville for the great downtown, wonderful community, or the great schools...this is a great home for the price! 4 miles of bike trails lead you to downtown Naperville shops and restaurants. Home is in great shape....many upgrades since most recent purchase in 2008. Zestimate does not factor in added 800 sq ft of living space in newly finished basement, new ac/heat, new windows, etc. We are looking to move and are entertaining serious offers!
