It's a two-minute walk uphill to the hiking and biking trails of the UCSF Mount Sutro Open Space Reserve. A five-minute walk downhill puts you in the heart of Cole Valley's restaurants and shops. The home's Great Room features a massive stone fireplace, high ceilings, and floors of old-growth Douglas Fir. Step out of the kitchen onto a large patio with stunning views of the city. A 1941 renovation added a glassed-in staircase with views of the Redwoods surrounding the house.
