This classic 50's Ranch sits in the desirable, West Shore Crest area (Part of Beach Park) of S.Tampa in an EXCELLENT school district. The foyer opens up into the GREAT ROOM,including a dining room area. Windows open to the back porch and subsequently to the large, tree shaded yard. The kitchen features original cabinets which are solid wood, quality cabinets, updated newer tile floor, stainless dishwasher and has a wonderful eat-in area. Off the back of the kitchen is the huge laundry room w/ lots of room for storage, ironing, etc! Enter here from the oversized garage. Note in the pictures of the garage, there is a Denali and another full sized sedan with built in workbench and a full wall of STORAGE CABINETS! There is a wonderful Sun Room/office/TV Room. It leads to the Screened Lanai out back. The back yard is huge with plenty of room for kids, pets, a garden,a pool... you NAME it! The master bedroom has an en-suite bath and the hall bath for the other two bedrooms is good sized. The third bedroom has built in cabinets that include a desk area. The second bedroom is bright and spacious with large closet space. Additionally, there is a huge 3 door closet in the foyer and a double closet in the back of the hall with shelving for linens, etc. The home has been lovingly maintained for years by the same couple. The volunteer HOA pays for nightly police patrol. Reclaimed water! Location allows you to walk to Westshore Mall, have dinner, see a movie, shop or go crabbing right around the corner.  More Less
