Terrific location for this charming bungalow style home. Hardwood, floors, real fireplaces, mosaic tile bathroom floors, and a huge front porch with enormous picture window, are just a few of the features of this home. A large kitchen and breakfast room, a large formal dining room with antique wooden built in china cabinet which flows into the nice size living room. Three first floor bedrooms with the largest one opening to a nice sunroom. Antique glass doorknobs are stil on many of the real wood doors inside. The basement is a large unfinished area that is great for storage. Home has a 4 year old energy star roof, and an efficient dual fuel multiple location heating and cooling system. The utility bills are suprisingly small for a home of this age. All of this just steps away down the tree lined road from the Henry Clay Ashland estate.
