A home with a 3 car garage in the St. Matthews area! This home in desirable Reservoir Park is in close proximity to shopping, entertainment and downtown Louisville. With the reservoir walking trail close by, this home has great neighborhood amenities. An inviting front porch welcomes you into this 3 bedroom, 2 full bath residence. (The 3rd bedroom, in need of a wardrobe, is small, a portion of which was taken to enlarge the kitchen). A formal living room with decorative fireplace, formal dining room with corner cabinet and lots of natural light provide good space for entertaining and dining. The kitchen has lots of cabinets and updated appliances. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet. The family room addition is spacious and open.
