Zillow square footage is incorrect. Zillow value based on wrong square feet. The house is approx. 2300 sq ft. Either the 1344 is a typo or only one level is accounted for, as it does look like one level from the street.
Open floor plan, living room, dining, kitchen, 2 bedrooms bath on first level. Built on a valley with main level front ground level, master bedroom and family room downstairs, 30x12 deck overlooking valley, very private, lots of trees, oversized insulated finished garage, downstairs can be used for very large master bedroom and office or exercise room. 1 acres with very little yard maintenance. House is like living in the mountains, pine straw covering grounds, pine and hardwood tree, no houses behind only large valley with many trees and distant view in Winter, wooded view Summer.
Neighborhood Description
Great established neighborhood where no house is alike. Built when houses had individuality. Joins a beautiful 18 hole golf course, has a lake for fishing for residents. Very estabished neighborhood, not transient. Close to shopping in Aiken and Augusta. Minutes from the hospital and downtown where doctors are located. Values of homes are going up due to the new community of Horse Creek with houses up (at this point) to over 400,000. Streets are in wonderful condition. You will find no parking on the streets, nothing to decease the value of a home, and a close neighborhood watch. There is an association with a yearly fee of 40., holiday parties at the club house, yard of the month honors, etc.
 

What I love about the home

This house is for people who want to live in the mountains but want and need close access to shopping, doctors, hospital. The feeling when I am in the house because of a lot of windows and all of nature around me. I see the middle and tops of trees in the valley, can watch birds, squirrels in the trees, can lie on the sofa and watch fireworks out my living room windows on New Years. Privacy, so much privacy. Feeling of being safe. Even though backing up to a wooded valley, my deck is high with no steps for anyone to enter. Easy access to back our downstairs den door. 30 x 12 deck off kitchen and living room which is such a nice place to sit in quiet and privacy, the insulated garage. I have a window unit in one of the windows and in the Summer use it and can work out there as comfortably as if inside the air conditioned house. The main thing would be the wonderful openness and views of nature. No window coverings are necessary on the back of the house and little on the front. The house sits back a very nice distance from the street...also, my gently curved, gently sloping driveway to the side entrance two door garage. It just feels good to live here. Reasonable country taxes and NO CITY TAXES. Low water bills due to large yard with thick pinestraw, no watering. No sewer bills.
