After a rough day at the office, this is a place to get away from it all. Do you like to jog, bike or fish? Lake Merced is right across the street. This condo is located in a quiet setting amongst the trees. A beautiful unit it shows virtually no wear and tear and is ready to move into. Plenty of amenities as can be seen from the pictures. The unit contains 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and has its' own private deck. Common areas consist of a pool, spa/hot tub, sauna, and tennis courts. Adjacent to the common areas is the location of the historic Broderick/Terry duel which took place in 1859. At that location are picnic benches and a small public area. Need security? There is a guard on duty 24 hours a day. This is truly a setting to relax in!
