Beautiful light blue and white trimmed condo can be seen from Paradise drive as you make a turn near Lyford Stone tower (bit.ly/lyford), seen as nestled up on mountainside among lush green vegetations. Great views of San Francisco Bay, Angel island, Berkeley and portions of San Francisco streets. Panoramic unobstructed views from floor to ceiling glass from living room, formal dining room and master bedroom. Back facing bedrooms also have full glass and sliding doors viewing the mountain behind. Completely renovated bathrooms, laundry machines and appliances. Culligan water filters built in. Two car garage and private storage room 140 sq. ft. Wrap around balcony with tempered glass railing for safety and the view.
Common areas of the condo redone in 2012 with new deck and driveway. Common backyard has new clean stone floor surrounded by flower guar den, fenced to prevent deers visiting, but they can be seen ofter.Private elevator and two more stairs one on the side and another on the back

The view view and the view. It is transcendental, meditative and peaceful view of the Bay with sail boats seen from various front facing rooms and balcony
