What I love about the home

House 300' from road, can be seen w well trained eye. Perfect for; entertaining, small events, artist, writer, actor, entrepreneur, musician, contractor, rich man's hide away. Open kitchen to a wide open living space. Shoji screen dividers (floor to ceiling sliding obscured glass doors). The Murphy type beds are queen size and tilt up into cabinetry for maximizing usable floor space. The master bathroom has two sinks w granite tops, a large enclosed shower/tub with a bench seat on two sides. "party of two, your bath is ready". The "twin" staircases leading to the front and back doors are done in a Greene and Greene architectural style w rails done in clear heart redwood. All lighting and fixtures are top of the line. The hillside has walkways throughout for maintenance and pleasure. Close to one mile of paths on this manicured native hillside. Spectacular, refreshing, picturesque views of surrounding native hillsides. The wide open spaces in your own back yard. The recreation room has it's own bathroom, shower, kitchenette and is labeled as 'storage' space. It did go through city permits and inspection. Uses; home theater, pool table, game room, guest room, sound studio, etc. SO, cash on the barrel head, this dream house and property so full of potential and expandability, could be yours. Due to the the "mixed use" zoning and that i want over current market value "to make me move", one should have deep pockets to buy this gem. This would be a buy to fit your special needs.
