This is a beautiful, upgraded, high-end 2-family home with 2-car garage (+ 4 additional cars on the driveway) that went thru extensive external & internal renovation from 2008 until present. They include oil to gas conversion, energy-star hybrid hot water tanks, energy-efficient upscale appliances, backyard overhaul, exterior structures fixes & painting, refinished hardwood floors, electrical energy-efficient lighting upgrade, re-plastering & re-painting of interior walls & ceilings with high-grade paints, extensive upscale kitchen & bath makeover, energy-efficient windows replacement, 15 (fifteen) ceiling fans, closets, storage, porches, & more. It is important to know that this house did not have laundry and occupants had to go to Laundromat. There were also no dishwashers.
