The property offers half an acre of landscaped outdoor space, including a patio, covered porch, basketball court, large driveway perfect for biking, skating and other kids' activities, and a secret garden/vegetable patch.

The home is only mile from Philips Beach, a beautiful neighborhood beach popular for swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking and other activities. Two blocks away is a hiking and biking path that leads to downtown Marblehead. The Swampscott commuter rail station is just 2 miles away.
