Great location! Lovely 7 Room Cape with a finished heated breezeway between a 2 car garage and kitchen. As you enter through the breezeway you are greeted by a very open space that includes the breezeway, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has new white cabinets, granite counters, oak floors, recessed lights and ceramic tile backsplash. Fire placed living room with bow window, oak floors and matching windows on either side of the fire place. A full ceramic tile bath and huge master bedroom (which was once 2 rooms) with beautiful crown mouldings completes the first floor. Second floor offers two bedrooms with hardwood floors. New windows and door in basement, roof is approx 5 years older and was stripped, rear yard has pavers with anti weed control, storm drain runs behind all the houses into a swail. French drain in lower level, pump has a battery backup, old gas line into the house. To connect to gas and add C/A would cost $9,000, estimated fuel bill would be 1/3 of current bill.Pride of ownership abounds throughout this beautiful home, the soft colors, and hardwood floors really make it a special place.
