Open House on Sunday, March 23 from 2-4!Newly renovated by architect. New cabinets and vanities, flooring, fixtures. Brand new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Beautiful floors! Fresh neutral tone paint. Lots of closet space. Reserved parking and lots of additional parking. There are other units in this complex that sell for less, but they need lots of work! Most have 40 year old cabinets and old flooring. This one is fresh and ready for you to move in!Next to Percy Warner Park hiking and biking trails. This condo is a dream for people that like the outdoors. Nice patio area in the back. Close to restaurants and shopping. The nicest area of Nashville with the lowest crime rate.Condo fees include water, insurance, exterior maintenance, landscaping, and pool! Great deal for 37205!
