Wonderful curb appeal located in an established area. This home has 3 bedrooms 2 baths, fireplace in the living room, spacious kitchen with loads of cupboard space. It has a family room with an enclosed patio off of it. Some of the floors are hardwood and could be brought back to their original look with some elbow grease.
