Exquisite dining area adjacent to kitchen with built-in glass fronted, buffet height cabinetry around the perimeter. Dining area overlooks the living area a half level below and has exceptional views out the floor-to-ceiling glass front windows of the ocean and beach. Master bedroom is off the kitchen and features a separate office, a huge bathroom with whirpool tub, walk-in shower, double vanity, extensive storage, wet/dry sauna and double door walk-in closet. Also on the top level, off the dining area is a second bedroom and a full bath. This area can be sealed off by closing a pocket door to form a suite. The living area has built-in cabinetry that houses stereo and television equipment and a gas fireplace. The home is wired for sound with built-in speakers in the living area, master bedroom office area, master bath and outside rear deck. Downstairs is a third bedroom and full bath as well as a family room/bunk room that is perfect for children. Ample garage space and separate workshop area and garden equipment closet. Also due to the design of the home, covered parking outside the garage for two additional cars. There is a small deck off the dining area upstairs that is also accessible through the second bedroom. In the rear of the house, off the kitchen, is a second deck that steps down to a patio area enclosed by landscaping and a built-in water feature with fountain. There is also a spa on the patio. Exceptional views from every room. Distinctive architectural features. Open layout with multiple discrete spaces. Well-built and very thoughtful and creative design features. A short walk to amenities and the beach (5 minutes).
