4600 sq ft 5 bedroom 3.0 bath Custom Rancher in beautiful Skyway neighborhood. Situated on almost a half an acre with beautiful views of the mountains, this house has many of the features people want. Beautiful new landscaping includes multiple fruit trees, 7-zone sprinkler system, raised garden beds with drip irrigation and extensive plantings.
