The Zillow information is totally wrong for this home & we are unbale to remove it. This home last sold to the current owners unfinished and the current owners have made major improvements to this home adding a large attached garage/deck and finishing the interior. They paid $319,900 10/2007 for this home unfinished and have since invested over $500,000 in the home. SAND BEACH on the BAY! What I love about the home

Tremendous views of the entire inner bayshore from most rooms! Must see! Great home for entertaining and just enjoying a very special custom bult home...one of a kind along the bay!
