This house has many unique features including true hardwood floors on one level and terrazo on another. Floor plan has five levels with small steps between. Private office or mother-in-law suite has own exit to multi-level deck and handicap ramp. Lots of character. Top flight kitchen appliances.

Mixed single family, rentals, townhomes, and retirement communities. Great place to run a home-based business as location is central and access is easy; lots of wireless capability.

What I love about the home

Great location - close to everything! Walk to high school, 4 bus routes, fitness center, shopping, restaurants, wifi shops. Bike to university campus, churches, hospital. Hardwood trees and large privacy-fenced eastern-view backyard with both sunny and filtered shade grows varieties of plant life. Kitchen has LOADS of cabinet storage and broom closet, double sink, and custom designed countertop. Less than 5 yrs old, top-of-the-line stainless steel professional-series refrigerator with ice maker, 5 burner glass top Jenn-Air range, professional convection/conventional wall oven; convection microwave. Two level deck with built in bench seating. Sun porch with large bay window and window seat opens to tree life. Gorgeous original English red oak and terrazo floors.
