NOT a short sale or bank owned; contracts and closing can be quick/smooth. PERFECT MOVE IN CONDITION. Save money and headaches because it has new carpets, new paint, new air conditioning system, new water heater, new piping, freshened landscaping, etc. The carpets are not just new but are upgraded berber-pretty and durable. The newer, 6 panel doors are another delightful addition that adds to the newness of this home. The roof was replaced in 2005, eliminating another headache from the purchase of a normal house. The piping, hot water heater, and carpets are brand new. The A/C's 10 year warranty started when it was installed in December, 2010. That A/C system is complemented by a ceiling fan in each of the main rooms. The 10' x 6' laundry room's pantry shelves (see pictures) are conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen. The laundry room has extra storage shelves (see the pictures) as do the bedroom closets (see pictures). The linen closet in the bathroom is additional proof that attention was paid to storage and convenience in this home. Any homemaker will be delighted by the kitchen's double bowl stainless steel sink, ceiling fan, and bright, cove lighting. For easy maintenance the kitchen and bath floors are tiled, and the bathtub walls are tiled right up to the ceiling. The 22' X 14' covered, screened lanai has a newly painted floor and has a 16' X 14' brick paver patio adjacent to it. What more could anyone want to enjoy outdoor living?
