My Notes

Edit
CONTRACT SIGNED The name, Greenwich Village, conjures up many images - Washington Square Park, cafe's, bars, restaurants, cobbled streets, NYU, history and character. 211 Thompson is smack dab in the middle of it all! The building is a well established co-op with healthy financials, a part-time doorman 7 days a week plus resident superintendent, elevator and voice intercom. The co-op allows 80% financing - guarantors , co-purchasing, parents buying for children and pieds-a-terre. However, undergraduate students are not allowed and there is a NO PET policy. The apartment has an attractive layout featuring a dropped down living area, high ceilings, separate dining counter, generous closet space, and the icing on the cake - a Juliet balcony facing out over Thompson Street. The renovated bath feels like a spa with its stone tile floors and walls with hardwood floors in the other areas. The open separated layout adds to the feeling of overall space and makes entertaining fun. There's a new refrigerator and thru-the-wall AC unit that cools things down in 5 minutes. The eastern light is cheerful and bright. As an added convenience, there is a washer/dryer on each floor. Major subway lines are nearby and convenient. The condition is move-in and ready for you!  More Less
