Gated private cul-de-sac setting on 2.2 acres w/ a 2 stall barn and pen. Safe right hand turn entry and exit, 7-9 mins from central Los Gatos all freeway except last mile from 17 to the home. 20 mins to Santa Cruz.

What I love about the home

Quiet safe historic neighborhood was the first stagecoach stop on the route to Santa Cruz. Property was owned by John Steinbeck. Adjacent Mid Pen Open Space preserve has an overlook 15 min hike with a commanding view of Silicon Valley and permitted for residents of neighborhood only. Neighbors are great. Property is mostly wooded and low maintenance.
