Classic home with all the old-world touches like crystal doorknobs, original woodwork and tiled fireplace (wood burning and really works!). Home is very clean and well kept with 4+ bedrooms and 1.5 baths. . The main floor has an open layout with the living room, dining room and kitchen all flowing together with lots of windows and light filled spaces. The updated kitchen will delight any cook: Gas stove, dishwasher, disposal, tile counter top, loads of light with 3 windows, skylight and recessed lights. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor as well as a full bath. The upstairs features 2 bedrooms with city skyline view along with skylights in each room and a half bath. This area also makes a great master suite. The lower level features a very large laundry area as well as additional storage closets and space. It is nicely lit with windows and recessed lights. There is a very large carpeted room that can be used in many ways like a home office area, media room, or exercise room, or whatever you see fit! There is a newer forced air gas furnace and the house is well insulated for lowest utility cost. The backyard patio is very private and sunny. The driveway can fit four cars off the street and the garage is secure with a locking door and extra storage in the loft. This home is close to Dexter and Hayes pub, Starbucks, several delis, Fremont and the Southlake Union waterfront. Convenience store nearby. Easy connection to Burke Gilman trail.
