What I love about the home
Quiet, family-friendly neighborhood close to the foothills and CSU, with access to trails for walking, biking, hiking, etc. Lots of wildlife viewing - fox, birds, deer, etc. are at home in Fox Meadows. Mature landscaping provides shade from large cottonwoods, climbing purple clematis flowers at patio & deck, blue spruce and aspen trees in front and back yard. Great space for outdoor living, with efficient, cozy space for indoor living. Close to great elementary and Jr. High schools, bus routes, and bike routes. Minutes from CSU, Horsetooth Reservoir, and Old Town Fort Collins.
