My Notes

Edit
Top of the Hill location 1.5 blocks to two train lines, Chestnut Hill West and Chestnut Hill East at Gravers. These row homes are extra large with approximately 1900 square feet of living area. These homes are rarely on the market. Home completely redone with New Kitchen and new 1/2 bathroom, hardwood floors redone, new high efficiency furnace and hot water heater, new central air, new paint, new energy star windows throughout, new roof and skylight, new fence in front and backyard, new sewer and water lines. Home has a two car detached garage with automatic door opener. Basement is dry and could be finished to add a 2nd bathroom + livable space.

What I love about the home

Location Location Location! - one of the best neighborhoods in Chestnut Hill, close to everything. Quiet Street with great neighbors. Lots of families, kids can ride bikes in back alley.
