          Market guide

Zillow predicts Washington Heights home values will increase 0.5% next year, compared to a 0.4% decrease for Milwaukee as a whole. Among Washington Heights homes, this home is 18.7% more expensive than the midpoint (median) home, and is priced 12.8% more per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In Washington Heights, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 7.7% less than in Milwaukee, and 152.4% higher than the national average. This lower local number could help Washington Heights home values rise more quickly than other regions in Milwaukee.
