This is a beautiful 3 Bedroom 1 and 3/4 bath in a great part of Carson. Walk into your very spacious living room with Fireplace. Great size kitchen/Dining room combo. Spacious rooms with great size closets. Needs some paint and carpet, and minor repairs to the restrooms. The exterior of the home has had some recent remodeling: Roof is less then 10 years new, Sandblasted and re-Stucco 7 years new, Windows are 5 years new, Water Heater is 5 years new, and Central Heating is 1 year new.
