South of Ventura Blvd. completely remodeled from inside and out. New exterior stucco and paint, two bedroom, two full bath. The house has an open floor plan design that flows and allows for specious feel in a large family room witch is open to a dinning room.The house also has a large entertainment/game room witch was expended during the remodel to accommodate a pool table, darts and a small bar area. High quality white oak hardwood floors were installed in most areas of the house. Large size kitchen completely remodeled and updated with tile floors. Decorative brick boarders much of the new concrete work surrounding the pool & spa and also on the side of the house. Decorative brick planters and landscaping that includes flowers,plants & trees. Large separate structure in the rear of the house is suitable for many different uses - for example a home workout gym or for storage.
