This apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 living rooms, dining room, kitchen, and lots of closet space. Beautiful hardwood flooring in living room, dining room and kitchen, with open floor plan and lots of natural light. Modernized kitchen installing new granite countertop and dishwasher. With gas stoves that is great for avid cooks, cozy fireplace, and a garden space in the front for planting.This is a two story apartment, with one bathroom, living area, laundry, and two bedrooms in the lower level (3/4 underground basement). Kitchen, dining room, living room, and 2nd bathroom on the upper floor. One free parking slot that could fit two cars in private lot in the back of building. Washer and dryer, gas oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher (tbd) are all included. Garbage, sewage, water and gas utilities are all included. Requires 12 month lease with first and last month rent, and refundable security deposit of $1500.Pets ok with deposit. Each pet with $400 non-refundable deposit. 50 lbs or less dogs only.
