This is a 4 bedroom 2 Bath with a nice sized yard and great neighbors. I also had new Central heating and AC installed in October 2012. The house also has a 14X20 2 Story Shed made 2013. I'm also upgrading the Master Bath this week. Pictures coming. This is Military owned and my 3.25 interest rate can be assumed by a person with a VA Loan.

New AC Sytem installed 08-03-2012, on a nicer street than Cassidy Rd where a house just sold for 132,000 and not as nice as my street. Brand New 14X20 2 story shed built in 2013.
