What I love about the home

I love the security and proximity to walk to grocery stores, restaurants, post office and all conveniences. Deliveries are easy to order from vendors and shops. Residents respect privacy, but a sense of community exists. Condos in this building are very spacious compared to newer units with smaller square footage. I enjoyed living in this condo for 10 years. It has an excellent rental history, easy to rent because of the security, convenient location and amenities.

Market guide

Zillow predicts Downtown home values will increase 5% next year, compared to a 4.4% increase for Atlanta as a whole. Among Downtown homes, this home is 45.1% less expensive than the midpoint (median) home, and is priced 37.5% less per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In Downtown, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 3.3% less than in Atlanta, and 66.5% greater than the national average. This lower local number could help Downtown home values rise more quickly than other regions in Atlanta.
